Very happy with the calm but connected location, cute balcony, tiny kitchen and even airconditioning if you need it. Very clean and comfy vibe.

It's was better than the expected! Close to Agios Nikitas and all the beaches on the west coast , amazing sunsets and views! Was cleaned daily and sheets changed every 2 days! It has a lot of facilities, including a pool! Will recommend this accomodation for anyone that wants to come to Lefkada!

Located just 500 metres from Agios Ioannis Beach, Villa Elia Resort offers studios, apartments and suites with a balcony and garden views. Extremely friendly and professional family business. They gave us good proposals what beach to see and other things like cruising trips … They are located close to beach where you can do wind surfing and other fun stuff. As well they are 5min from city centre of Lefkada city. We definitely recommend the place and we will come back here when we go to Lefkada.

We had a wonderful time at Grammatoula in Nikiana. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel the warmth and hospitality from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent – just 50 meters from a beautiful, small pebbly beach, perfect for a quiet swim and relaxing without the crowds. The apartment itself was spotless – exceptionally clean and well-maintained. What impressed us the most was that it was cleaned every single day, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and friendly place to stay on Lefkada, look no further. We would gladly come back again – highly recommended!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, amazing pool and view, very good location really clean...it's a 10/10 for me 👏 👏
