It is away from the crowded area but close to all the great views. The restaurant was excellent. People working in Anemomilos were kind and helpful. I recomend the place highly.

Anna and Artemis were awesome! I feel like at home. They were very kind and helpful. I spent an awesome week and birthday with them. Totally recommend.

Smaragdi is located on the famous black sand beach of Perivolos. Designed with timeless Cycladic elegance, its exterior and interior spaces beautifully reflect the island's charm. Excellente! Molto contenti della nostra scelta. L'hotel ha una struttura grande, la piscina e la zona accanto sono molto rilassanti. Il personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile! Hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste (cuscini in piu, tovaglie in piu, possibilita di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out e usufruire della piscina e della doccia interna. La posizione magnifica a 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, con possibilita di andare nel lido da loro consigliato (sdraio e ombrellone gratis e 10% sui pasti e bevande). L'hotel si trova su una stradina molto silenziosa quindi nessun rumore durante il giorno o la notte.

Irini and Angie are so welcoming as the other people of the staff, they make you feel part of a family. Rooms are very clean, cleaned so well every day, you have a small kitchen to cook if you want and the view of the sunset is amazing from the pool. The pool is the cleanest, everything is so comfy. Breakfast is so big, with typical greek food but also continental, varies every day. The position is perfect: only 15 Minutes walking from the center of Oia, bus stop to Fira is very near.

If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, this hotel is definitely worth your consideration. The room itself is spacious and tidy, with plenty of room to move around and relax. The room is clean and well-maintained. The location is quite convenient. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the city centre and bus station. The receptionist, Ioanna, is also a real standout, with a warm and friendly demeanor that makes you feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great stay, providing me with lots of helpful information about the local area. I especially appreciated her recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which really helped me make the most of my time in Santorini. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the jacuzzi on the balcony. It's a great way to unwind and relax after a busy day, and the water is both strong and warm. Plus, the view from the balcony is simply stunning. You can see out over the sea and take in all the beauty of the surrounding area. Last but not least, the breakfast was delicious. There's nothing like starting your day with a hearty and satisfying meal, and this hotel definitely delivers on that front. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable stay.

Situata a pochi passi dalla Spiaggia di Perissa, la Roulla Villa offre una piscina all'aperto con vasca idromassaggio e serate a tema greco settimanali. Wonderful staff and facilities. Couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We loved this accommodation and would highly recommend it. Easy access by bus from here to all parts of the Island.
