I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It is spotlessly clean, I have never been in a hotel as clean as this anywhere in the world! The staff are delightful and looked after us so well, rooms were very comfortable, the pool was a welcome break after walking working all day and the food was delicious and the chef went out of his way to make sure we had exactly what the kids wanted to eat.

Coconut Lagoon is a heritage backwater destination on the lakeside, a 10-minute boat ride from Kavanatinkara boat landing. Facing Vembanad Lake, it features an outdoor pool. We stayed in four CGH properties on our trip to Kerala and all were excellent but Coconut Lagoon was probably the best. The location, facilities, staff and cuisine were all superb. Our warm thanks for making our stay so special to Danesh, Santwana and their teams in the main restaurant. Also to the masseuses for a wonderful Ayurvedic massage, and to the yoga teacher and naturalist.
