The design is so nice feels like home.

I had the breakfast package, and thought this was good value. Personal service very hospitable and set me up for the day. My room was I thought generous for European. Nice bathroom and clean.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

B&B Il Mosaico este situat în cartierul Colombare di Sirmione din Sirmione, la 3,1 km de Castelul din Sirmione şi la 3,4 km de Terme di Sirmione - Catullo. Am făcut un circuit alături de familie și prieteni prin Europa și ne-a plăcut foarte mult primirea făcută de gazde și serviciile excelente de câte ori am avut nevoie. Am ajuns după ora 22:00 și ne-au așteptat cu brațele deschise, zâmbete și ne-au făcut să ne simțim ca acasă. Am stat două nopți, dar ne-am relaxat cat pentru 7. Deși am avut o problemă cu mașina la plecare, a fost atât de drăguț încât să ne găzduiască suplimentar cu bagaje și prosoape pentru relaxare la piscină până târziu după-amiază când ne-am reparat mașina. Pentru acest gest, merită 10 stele, în loc de 5. Ii recomandăm cu mult drag și căldură. Suntem recunoscători ca am întâlnit asemenea oameni departe de țara și totuși aproape de inima noastră.

From check in to check out, totally fuss free. Lorenzo the host is super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t believe how well thought out the place is, endless supplies of toiletries to pantry items, our teenagers were totally impressed and wished other places were like this! Location is superb as well, walking distance to everything. There is a supermarket across, fruit store and pasta store downstairs as well.

Everything to be honest was excellent, from the amazing staff, to the estate of the art rooms, to the location. Its my favorite hotel in Milano and I will come back again with no doubt. From all of the above, I would like to thank Marco from the reception team. He welcomed us to the hotel and arrange all our needs. The check in was at 3 pm but we arrived early at the hotel (around 10 am) and he gave us a room that was ready without having to wait till 3pm. Thanks again Marco and the rest of the staff!

We stayed here for one night with our child and had a good rest. Beds are very comfy, and no noise from the street. The apartment was spacious, with mini-kitchen and sofa for our child. There are a lot of cafeterias, pizzerias and restaurants close to the building. Also public transport stops are very close to the apartment. Personal of the hotel was very nice, gave us a lot of recommendations about places nearby and best locations in Milano. I definitely recommend this place to stay.
