They went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. I was so grateful for how hard they all worked and how kind they all were. We also got the breakfast service in our room, which was excellent, and they provided several drinks in the fridge for us for free. They shuttled us from the station and back to it, and we were even sent off by the staff at the end of our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Also, our deluxe suite had the private open air bath, and I can't recommend that enough. It was so relaxing and incredible. Lastly, I personally loved the toiletries and additional things that came with the room (shampoo, straightener, beverages, yukata, pajamas, etc.)

My experience at the Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, whose genuine kindness and professionalism set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Whether it was assisting with local recommendations, accommodating special requests, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile, their dedication to hospitality was evident in every interaction. The hotel itself offers breathtaking views of Lake Biwa, and the serene atmosphere is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. But what truly sets this place apart is the people—courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with grace and efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend the Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. It’s a place where you’re not just a guest—you’re genuinely cared for.

Kiyotaki Ryokan poskytuje pokoje v destinaci Hikone. Jen 1,7 km odtud se nachází Hrad Hikone a Svatyně Taga-taiša je 8 km daleko. I absolutely loved my stay at Hikone and Kiyotaki ryokan. The room I stayed in was spacious and smelled of tatami, the bath was newly and renovated and comfortable, there was a small table in room along with a kettle and a teapot set perfect for a cup of tea in the morning. This was both one of my favorite stays in Japan so far as well as one of the cheaper ones. The owner of this ryokan is super friendly well. He gave me tips on what to see as well as a map of local cafes and restaurants and other tourist attractions which he himself helped make. Overall the stay was super friendly and I hope to come back in the future and even book the dinner this time.

Offering an outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot spring baths and 6 restaurants and bars, Biwako Hotel is located a 5-minute walk from Keihan Hamaotsu Train Station. All the staff there are good and kind, the view is incredible and beautiful, like a picture, the room faces the lake, and you can also see the mountains covered by snow.

Only a 1-minute walk from JR Kusatsu Station and a 20-minute train ride from Kyoto Station, Hotel Boston Plaza features a restaurant with Western food, a cafe-bar, and bright rooms with free wired... Very friendly staff, close to the train station, clean room and delicious breakfast 🥞🍳

Grand Park Hotel Okubiwako Makino má soukromou pláž před hotelem a nabízí útulné pokoje s přírodními barvami a dřevěnými stěnami. Za 2 minuty dojedete na nádraží JR Makino. The location was great and the staff were very friendly.
