Eggs look healthy and huge :D Lots of fruit trees. Owners are good people with great hospitality and nice communications. Rooms are clean, spacious, with a nice patio. beds are sooo comfortable. (The combination of sheets, comforters and mattress is something my friend and I really liked.) Weather is pleasant, view is amazing. fruits and breakfast are delicious.

The owners should put better photos on Booking.com. All 4 rooms have a terrific ocean view, a tropic forest behind a window, endless songs of Hawaiian birds in the evening and in the morning! The room was clean and nice, the lanai was beautiful, and the owners were very nice people. Breakfast was great, homemade food that the owners make for their guests every morning. Having your breakfast on the huge balcony on the second floor surrounded by tropical trees canopies with myriads of birds was amazing. Location was also convenient for us as we were exploring the entire island. There is a large supermarket in 15 min drive from the house.

We were upgraded to the couples suite and loved the privacy! The views were amazing and it was the most relaxing part of our vacation. Viviane was so nice and gave great recommendations for where to go and what to eat. In hindsight we wished we would have stayed a day or 2 longer!

Beautifully prepared, using fresh fruits from the farm. Coffee is to die for. The property was tucked away such that you feel completely removed from 'regular life', even though you are located close to anything you might need.

Situated within a few steps of Kahalu'u Beach Park and 1.7 km of White Sands Beach Park in Kailua-Kona, Big Island Retreat features accommodation with seating area. The landlord couple is very friendly and provides swimming equipments for guests. They also upgraded our room.

Just wow! The place is amazing, even better than what the pictures tell. It has a nice atmosphere, has a great location and extremely clean. The owner of this place were very nice, well prepared. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who'd like to visit the park.
