Nestled in a secluded, residential setting within 26 sprawling acres, our AAA Five Diamond Resort is a lakeside haven dotted with gardens, pools and towering pillars of palms and cypress. Very friendly and helpful staff, the lazy river was just awesome, relaxing and not a whole bunch of crowd. Lots of activities for kids.The food was extraordinary. a wide variety of restaurants to dine. I liked Capa restaurant the most. Cleanliness of the room was just perfect and there was a spray jet bidet in the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. We definitely had a blast.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. The villa was spacious, warm, clean, well equipped and elegantly furnished. Every detail from the amenities to the service reflected a high standard of care and hospitality. The facilities, including the pool and the activities were outstanding, and the location was ideal. Also booked all parks tickets from their concierge with good price and additional discounts. This stay was not just comfortable, it was remarkable and will stay in our memory forever.

What a gem!) and excellent staff in reception, to our pleasant shock at how much better than we expected was the suite, to the squeaky - clean bathrooms, surfaces and linen (thank you Michael Shannon who looked after our block), the excellent pools and spas (busy, hard-working ground staff but always ready to acknowledge one with a smile and a greeting) and the great location, this was our #1 ranked hotel stay of 36 years of marriage.
