Lionel is a delightful host - friendly and conducive and was very helpful to all of us, including our teenage boy who was travelling with. The rooms are such a joy, the food is delicious and plentiful with a lovely view and the pool area is perfect for relaxing.

Situated within the Ukhahlamba Drakensberg World Heritage Site, this 4-star hotel is surrounded by gardens and overlooks the Drakenberg Mountains. Chalets are the best. View is amazing. Property is great too.

Located right on Durbans North Beach, Belaire Suites Hotel offers rooms with free WiFi. Durban Station is 1 km away, and the on-site Café Jiran serves award winning coffee. The place is fine and clean, it has fast and reliable wifi, the communal spaces are also enjoyable and not to mention the buffet breakfast that was 10/10 with fruits, cakes and juices. Spiwe ( restaurant staff) was efficient and kind, Suki( the recepcionist) was very kind and pleasent overall the place is a 10/10.

I booked the accommodation obo my parents who had to make a quick trip down to Durban from Jhb. They needed something close to the airport that was comfortable and accommodating. Deborah was a wonderful host and extremely accommodating, especially as my parents ended up checking in later that evening. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the warm welcome and send off.

Conveniently located on the Midlands Meander route, we easily accessed all the goodies available on the route, always returning to our comfortable rooms every afternoon. Open fire, a cozy vibe and delicious breakfasts every day. We will definitely be back the next time we do the Midlands Meander. Thanks, Lorraine and Koos. xo

Dalmore Guest Farm se nachází v blízkosti Bergville a nabízí ubytování s venkovním bazénem a zázemím pro vodní sporty. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. The location is wonderful. Set close to Drakensberg, it is great for hiking and bird watching as well as simply enjoying the time at the Guest farm. Delyse and her team have made our stay very very comfortable. When our parents had issues with using the bathtub to shower, they were given a different, much better room at no extra charge. Dinners and drinks are reasonably priced and the quality of the food is amazing with the meat and the eggs coming from the farm, etc. It was especially lovely to celebrate New Year’s Eve with other guests at Dalmore Guest Farm with Delyse working well beyond normal work hours to make sure everybody was having a good time.

Overlooking the Rietspruit and Umgeni Valleys in the Natal Midlands, The Hilton Bush Lodge is located in Hilton. Pietermaritzburg is 22 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site.... The lodge is absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location with the best views. There is a wide variety of places to visit around the area and beautiful animals all around. The staff ensured I had a seamless experience and the breakfast is divine. This was definitely value for money and it exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back again

Monzi Safari Lodge se nachází na farmě v obci Monzi, 20 km od Svaté Lucie, a nabízí ubytování s možností vlastního stravování. Chata má 7 chat, z nichž každá má vlastní bazén a gril. Absolutely loved our stay here. Great spacious accommodation and lovely large private space outside with a pool and a braai. The kids loved the pool, although it was quite cold. Quite and calm and everything we needed

Located on the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg, Lake Naverone Holiday Cottages is set on large estate with 2 lakes and 7 km of river frontage. Beautiful setting, lovely accommodation.
