What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

What can I say.... this is by far the most extreme hotel I've stayed in. The service was impeccable. The moment you arrive in your car they flag you down and check you in right by the hotel. Then they proceed to unload all your luggage and carry them in for you. The hotel was mostly locals and they came to only stay for a night or two at most so they usually only came with 1 suitcase, but we arrived with 8. The staff mobilised like a well organised squad and each staff came to carry each of our bags individually. When you enter the hotel for the first time you're greeted by 6-8 staff in beautiful yukatas bowing and welcoming you. You take your shoes off at the entrance and they store it for you til you want to leave again. I literally couldn't fault anything. The food was amazing, we topped up money for whatever we could. Had teppenyaki on the first night and kaiseki on the second. The rooms are immaculate, very very very spacious and the onsen was very beautiful. You can just wake up everyday and watch the sunrise in your private balcony or onsen.

What I like about the hotel is everything. The room is spacious, clean and very well designed. As a corner suit, the view is amazing. We feel like staying at home rather than in a hotel. The dinner is exceptional. The open-air onsen is calm & relaxing. The best of all is the staffs and their services.

I was specifically looking for a remotely located hotel with ensuite onsen to finish off my work-vacation in Hokkaido and this was perfect. I had a big window that looked out into the beautiful winter scenery that I could also enjoy from my bed and the onsen. They fed me such good food that my palate is forever spoiled (for the better). The staff are super helpful and all very lovely. They helped me book a taxi to go straight to New Chitose Airport and told me beforehand how much the whole trip would cost which was great for me budgeting. However, there was a toll fee the taxi driver had to pay for himself out of pocket (which I don't understand because that cost was incurred during his job) and although I was able to pay the taxi fare with my visa credit card, he wouldn't accept my card as a payment for the toll, only cash (which I didn't have..). Maybe in the future, the hotel can include this in the instructions for other people. All in all, great experience!

This was the best onsen experience I've ever had. Room was amazing with a sauna and onsen actually in the room. However, it was the staff and the chef that made the stay the best ever! They took into consideration an allergy my son had to certain food type and went above and beyond to accommodate. They were all wonderful.

Located in Niseko, within 22 km of Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area and 16 km of Niseko Annupuri Hot Spring, Zaborin provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as... I liked everything: the location in the woods, the proper architecture, the design, the materials, the amenities, the restaurant, and the dinner. Private onsen is a delight, the spacious villa room is truly comfortable.

On top of a Hill, with beautiful view to Utoro City. There's a large lobby with snacks, tea, coffee so after returning from a day excursion, we always spent 30min relaxing at lobby. There's a nice shop with many souvenirs. Onsen was amazing and clean. Many different tubs with different temperatures. Ice cream and pocari sweat available. We didn't have breakfast included but we pay extra for a day and the buffet was simply delicious. Many options and everything we tried was excellent.

Otaru Geihinkan se nachází v destinaci Otaru a nabízí terasu a výhled na moře. Vlakové nádraží Otaru se nachází 8,6 km daleko. Everything. Really outstanding. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is literally meters from the sea. It's a little hard to find but totally worth it when you get there. It's a little outside town but there are really efficient bus services so not an issue if you want to go in for dinner and have a drink. The breakfast was one of our highlight meals of our 2 weeks in Japan. We loved our stay.
