Founded in the 12th century and beloved by Junichiro Tanizaki and other Japanese novelists, Tosen Goshobo is the oldest of the hot-spring inns at Arima. I liked everything, the staff are superb (thank you Mina, you are the best!), the food is amazing, the hot spring are relaxing, it is very clean and the location is the best in town.

Host provide us yukata.oh ya...the ropeway oso just right opposite the ryokan.to summary,its really a great place to stay.will be back here if coming to kinosaki again.location is just superb.and most important host is friendly.

Kinosaki Hideya was so cute and comfortable! This is a local family's home that also functions as a hostel / guesthouse. It was right on the beach and accessible to the main downtown of Kinosaki by car, bus or bike. I rented a bike from the hostel and used it for two days - only 15 minutes to downtown. The owner, Yuko, is also super accommodating and happily drove me when requested. This is truly and authentic experience for those who want a glimpse into local life outside the curated (and generic) ryokan experience. I will say I had a private tatami room and it was very, very nice and comfortable!! Yuko is also a great cook! She serves a full Japanese breakfast a la carte if requested, and other favorites like curry and udon for lunch or dinner!

And a lovely couple running the place. Nice big room and a comfortable futon. Enough to do in the area to enjoy yourself for a couple of days.

I feel like I could've paid a million dollars for another hotel and not received the kind of hospitality and service they provided here. They are above and beyond exceptional. To anyone considering this location, you will not regret staying here.

Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě ve čtvrti Kinosaki Onsen v destinaci Toyooka. Close to station, a variety of food outlets ( formal and informal), various public Onsens and there was a private Onsen on site. The staff were great.

Kobayashiya -Kinosaki Onsen- se nachází v destinaci Toyooka a poskytuje zahradu, antialergenní ubytování, bezplatné Wi-Fi a sdílený lounge. Jen 2,8 km odtud je Kinumaki Shrine. Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and excellent staff. Had delicious dinner and breakfast. The private baths are also fantastic. The hotel provides kimonos and yukatas to change into, and has a very soothing reading area.
