Conveniently located in central Kyoto, Ryokan KANADE offers a Japanese-style garden. The place was beautiful. My only regret is not taking the in-house breakfast and dinner.

One of our favourite stays in Japan :) our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first, my partner loves the cedar wood bath so much he won’t stop talking about it. The staff are the absolute kindest ladies, I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting!

Luck You Kyoto offers accommodation in Kyoto. Free luggage storage is available. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The hotel itself has a nice old type of style. The staff is very friendly and also very supportive so if you need anything they will help you. Breakfast was decent but quite limited. This hotel also has very convenient location.

Hotel Kyomachiya Ryokan Sakura Urushitei se nachází 10 minut chůze od živé čtvrti Kawaramachi a nabízí moderní japonské ubytování. V přízemí je k dispozici přepážka s turistickými informacemi a bar. The building itself was very beautiful and nicely decorated. The employees were very friendly and helpful and there was a nice area to sit and eat. There is a private bath that can be booked and costs a few yen, which was really nice to get into after a long day outside, we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are traditional, beautiful and kept exceptionally clean. There is a lot of space for belongings and luggage (though one must be careful not to hurt the tatami), a fridge, and a great bathroom which has everything one might need. Im very happy I got to experience sleeping on a traditional bed in a traditional room. I have to admit the mattress was a bit thin for my back so it wasn't too comfortable at first, my partner on the other hand thought its great so it really depends on preference. However, I asked if i can get an extra layer that I can put under to make it softer, and i got one! Afterwards i was sleeping like a baby, so if it seems a bit stiff at first ask for support :). We also got a lot of information on places in the area, including restaurants, everyone was doing their best to keep our stay as comfortable as possible. It truly is a great place and I have nothing I wish was different. The location is also great, close to the main "centre" and some public transport. It is a very good spot, quite relaxing and quiet considering its proximity to the famous streets. Walking down from Sannenzaka and the area, towards out hotel, is one of our very fond memories. A lot to do nearby, and great restaurants. Thank you for our stay, we had a wonderful time, and we hope we can be back sometime in the future.

Seikoro Ryokan is located in Kyoto, a 7-minute drive from JR Kyoto Station. Featuring traditional Japanese-style accommodation, it offers a public bath and massage services. This historic building is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible attention to detail that genuinely made us feel like royalty. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed and clean. The staff were absolutely outstanding, elevating the entire stay, especially our attendant, Yuma, who was professional, excellent, and truly made the experience memorable. The onsen was super relaxing, and the food was absolutely incredible—we highly recommend having dinner here. A perfect stay!

Nazuna Kyoto Higashi Honganji se nachází v centru města Kjóto. Jen 600 metrů odtud je TKP Garden City Kyoto a 900 metrů daleko se nachází Vlakové nádraží Kjóto. The hotel is so beautiful and peaceful you almost don't want to leave. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. We had the shabu shabu dinner and 2 Japanese style breakfasts which were cooked right in front of us by the lovely staff who we really enjoyed talking to. The location was only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station but in a relatively quiet location, which was very much appreciated after the busy tourist spots of Kyoto. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be returning if we are ever in Kyoto again.

Ryokan Sumiya Kihoan se nachází v destinaci Kameoka a nabízí ubytování s sezónním venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, zahradou a terasou. Oyamazumi Shrine je 13 km daleko. Everything was top notch, from accommodation to the very friendly and helpful staff. Object has shuttle bus that will take you to JR Kameoka which is great way to get back to Kyoto. Much recommended

海蔵寺 宿坊 櫻海 se nachází v destinaci Ine a poskytuje kola zdarma, nekuřácké ubytování, bezplatné Wi-Fi a zahradu. Jen 16 km odtud je Manai Shrine. This is a traditional Japanese accommodation, part of a Buddhist temple. The room was impeccably clean, neat, and the host was so sweet to prepare the beds and heat the room for us! He even laid an electric sheet under the table so we would have a space to warm up upon coming! We had Japanese sweets and tea waiting for us, which was perfect for the rainy weather. The host is just a super warm and nice person, although he doesn’t speak English we were able to fully communicate with Google Translate and we didn’t miss anything! Location was amazing! Just at the center of the town, right above the wonderful restaurant - Funaya Kajiya (I highly recommend to book a table in advance) and a walking distance from a really cool cafe in which you can sit and drink it in one of the Funayas. We loved everything about this place and wished we could’ve stayed there at least one more night.
