Staff and service were beyond expectations. And they were wonderful with our children (9 & 12yo). They also setup the futons for us while we were out for dinner. The beautiful decor, authentic experience with the irori bbq made in front of you was incredible. Everything was delicious, with strong attention to detail giving you a humble luxury that feels typically Japanese. The room was simply gorgeous and the bed incredibly comfortable. The complementary items (late night soba, stocked fridge) made it even more special and intentional.

Our room with a private onsen was absolutely amazing, and the kaiseki dinner was unforgettable — truly a culinary experience.

(it's​ a part of the temple, you can observe morning prayer.). very near to center of Ine and bus stop. fridge, snacks, tea. suitable if you plan for a relaxing, no rush trip to spend a slow pace to enjoy this place and Ine.
