Lovely greeting, room was spacious with beautiful Tatami mats. Comfy futon, quiet location, bath was fantastic, easy walk to all the attractions of Matsushima. We were taken to the station as it was raining by owner..amazingly friendly. Great stay in a traditional Japanese Guest House.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. Excellent hospitality and amazing dinner and breakfast, you cannot be disappointed

It’s a ryokan style hotel, with onsen, which allow tattoos and a private onsen too, which is amazing! The views of the ocean are breathtaking, as well as the many small islands that fill the horizon. The staff are beyond amazing and the room was just fantastic! 10/10!

All very helpful and friendly. The public baths were wonderful. Outside baths were 2 different scenarios, one was gorgeous with five separate river rock soaking areas overlooking the river and forest, the other was 1 wooden tub in a small pavilion. Women have the beautiful spot afternoon/evening and swap with the men in the morning. Our room was very large and comfortable with a balcony and private soaking tub. The buffet style dinner and breakfast were delicious. Huge variety of freshly prepared foods. All you could eat and drink, beer, wine, various alcohol, sake, in the restaurant. The reception area had a piano, wood burning central fireplace to sit around. There were small tables with various board games, a library, snacks, beer and wine. Comfortable seating overlooking the hillside that was lit up at night. Very romantic spot to go for a special night.

The staff were exceptional, to the point where I feel a 10 is not a high enough rating. Everyone was amazing and understanding, even with the slight language barrier. The facilities were wonderful and as a return guest, I can guarantee that any future visit I make to the area, I will be certain to stay at this property again.

Great and I mean GREAT service. The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.

The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. The food was a delicious collection of the local ocean's best and the service excellent and friendly. We had an amazing time there, especially for a first stop on our Japan journey. Thank you! :D

竹泉荘 Chikusenso Onsen se nachází v destinaci Zao a poskytuje ubytování s fitness centrem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, zahradou a sdíleným loungem. Exceeded all expectations. The half board meals are extremely generous. I could not eat all the Wagyu beef. Everything worked like in a dream. Will come back every year now.

TAOYA Akiu se nachází na výhodném místě ve čtvrti Taihaku Ward v destinaci Sendai. Sendai City Community Support Center se nachází 19 km daleko, Shiogama Shrine 38 km a Hrad Sendai 18 km. Food was great. It was nice to have continued snacks and drinks in the lobby all day. Midnight curry udon was fun. The baths were beautiful.
