Excellent service, staff were very helpful and kind. They have a shuttle service and it is great. Hotel is very beautiful, the view is breathtaking. Make sure you save some time to relax in front of the lake to appreciate the view. The food was also excellent.

It is very close to Kawaguchiko station. You can literally walk. The service is awesome. The check in and check out was smooth. The room was great. The service was great. The onsen, bath, and Mt Fuji view were astonishing. We loved every minute of our stay. It is so close to the lake. There is a free shuttle to the station and service is great. The breakfast had a plenty of choices of traditional and non traditional food. The dinner ceremony and variety were amazing. We loved our experience. We get a feel of Japanese culture in this hotel.

Peacefully situated on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi in the scenic Mount Fuji area, Japanese-style hot spring hotel Kasuitei Ooya features rooms with stunning lake views, some boasting a private... The staff were friendly. The location was great. I managed to see Mount Fuji on the 7th floor!! What an amazing spot. The also offered private onsen on reservation for JPY 3,300 (50 mins max)

Boasting views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi for all rooms and hot-spring baths, Hotel Asafuji provides air-conditioned Japanese-style rooms with a green tea set. The food was great, each meal was made up of various dishes, typically japanese. The view of the lake and mount fuji from the room and the public bath was breathtaking. The staff was very kind and helpful. They can pick you up from the station and drop you off too. The room was clean and quite large, more than enough for a couple.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. Everything, from the front desk, staff, facilities in general, the upgrade room to president room and so on, also I would like to highlight here the special attention from Veronica, who took care the services in our breakfast and dinner, she was amazing!! Very polite and courteous with us.

We had an exceptional stay at Konohanakan! The staff are brilliant and very attentive; we felt very well taken care of during our entire stay. The language barrier is no issue as we were able to communicate easily using Google translate when needed. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and beautifully presented with great amenities. The view of Mt. Fuji is breathtaking and the private onsen was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We visited Oshino Hakkai (the "Eight Seas of Oshino") in the local area which is well worth a visit. It is only about a 20 minute walk from the ryokan. We had dinner and breakfast included in our stay which was a huge highlight for us! The food was delicious and wonderfully presented. Everything about our stay was impressive, and we can't wait to come back.

I had an amazing stay at this ryokan! Just like others have mentioned, the food was absolutely delicious, and I was really surprised by the generous portions of authentic local dishes—such a wonderful experience! The entire ryokan was spotlessly clean and very quiet, making it a truly relaxing place to stay. When I visited, there weren’t many guests, which made it feel even more peaceful. One of the most memorable experiences was the kindness of the staff. It was snowing heavily that day, and I missed my bus, which meant I had to wait another two hours. Out of nowhere, the ryokan staff messaged me to check on us, and when they heard about our situation, they offered to pick us up! When we finally arrived, being welcomed with a warm, delicious meal was the best feeling ever. The ryokan is actually very close to Hirano Beach, but unfortunately, due to the heavy snow, we didn’t get to visit. That just gives me another reason to come back! If I ever visit Yamanakako again, I will definitely stay here. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff made us feel so at home. One of the elderly ladies even noticed that I was unsure how to eat a dish and helped feed me—it was such a heartwarming and adorable moment. ❤️

Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel se nachází ve městě Fujikawaguchiko, jen minutu chůze od jezera Kawaguchiko a nedaleko mostu Kawaguchiko Ohashi. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. Very nice property with room view of Fuji Mountain. The hotspring facility is good. The owner is very nice and friendly. He picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off to the station on the way back. He has been operating the place for over 46 years and he knows everyone in town. The atmosphere is very cozy and I’ll like to come back again.

The view is supposed to be wonderful when the weather is nice and you can see the Mt Fuji from the room. The staff were super welcome and even offered to drop me off at the Kawaguchiko station after the check out. Onsen was also divine. I can go on and on…I’ll def come back next time!
