Karen at the front desk is fantastic. We had an issue with our cell phone and she did her best to help resolve the issue. That was above and beyond. Karen is also a wealth of knowledge on Denmark and provided many recommendations on what to see in the area or on route to our next destination. The hotel is also undergoing renovations on various parts or buildings and I think that will be welcome changes. The renovations did not impact our stay. Very quiet stay and restful. Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Beautiful accomodation surrounded by amazing nature. Confortable, clean with a common kitchen which was very helpful when travelling with small kids. Simple but honest and good breakfast.

Right by the train station, very nice staff, perfectly clean bed linen and towels. The windows provide excellent insulation from outside noise, which is important because the neighbourhood is very noisy. A small, cosy, practical room with a bathroom like a "wet head" on boats, with a little work desk, hangers and a water heater. I'd recommend it for a single person. (I just gave one less point for cleanliness because someone used the electric water heater as a noodle soup cooker, didn't clean it and it was unnoticed by the room keepers. And the bathroom...) My other comments will be quite critical so I have to point out that the staff really do their best to make the most of the place, it is not their fault.

I can recall something I didn't like about the hotel. It has all the necessary amenities, great breakfast, private parking spaces, plenty of hot water and the location is the best. But the price....., like anywhere in Denmark too expensive.
