Really great location. Walking distance to lourve and Nord train station. Comfy bed. Everything clean and tidy. Well presented. Kitchenette great for my self catering. Electric stove top really good. Property feels very safe and secure because you have four different codes to get in. No air conditioning but they provided a fan which was great.

Well appointed one bedroom spacious self catering apartment, with good kitchen and bathroom facilities, and small outside balcony terrace. Well air-conditioned, good cupboard space, easy access and extremely conveniently situated. Host Rocco was very helpful and responsive.

Beautifully appointed room - felt like a home away from home - all the comforts you need and more. Bed was very comfy. The ambience was cosy and I enjoyed spending time there. Loved the extra touches, like chocolates waiting on arrival and macrarons waiting for me after my return from a long conference day! As I was self catering, the kitchen was very important to me, and it had everything that I needed to prepare my meals. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were friendly and courteous. All in all, a 5 star experience!

The room was basic but smart and clean. What I did not realize was that there was a fridge, hot plate and microwave oven in a small kitchenette area, with cutlery and crockery, meaning it was fully self contained for a self catering stay in Paris. A continental breakfast was available, and a coffee machine was in reception for unlimited free hot drinks.
It was also just 6 minutes walk from a Metro station on a very useful line. It was a relatively quiet area as well, with a choices of cafes not too far away. The hotel was easy to find.
