ItalyThe location is wonderful! You can see the town of Gubbio across the valley right in fornt of you and it's picture-perfect! The apartments were spacious, spotlessclean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of homemade pies and many other things. The staff was very helpful and gave us some tips of where to go for lunch and dinner. Nicoletta was welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was large and clean and we spent a lovely afternoon there. I'm going back!

Gubbio is a great place to stay in Umbria. A superbly located apartament, two minutes by foot and you can enjoy city life to the full. Lots of shops and restaurants in town so there is plenty to choose from.
The apartament itself is well equipped. Four people have plenty of space to not bump into each other. Everything is there, a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine or oven.
The hosts are super friendly and ready to help or give recommendations. I regret that we were only with you for a week.

Great communications from the hosts. Apartment feels new, lovely large terrace. Spotless. Hospitable family. Fesh fruit and walnuts in the kitchen on arrival. They moved one of their vehicles from their carport so my motorcycle could be under cover. Comfortable beds, quiet location, good night’s sleep. Good English spoken by some of the family. Easy reach of Gubbio città.

We loved this apartment. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town and the apartment was beautiful. There was everything that you could possibly want for an Italian-style breakfast as well as everything we needed in the way of kitchen equipment to prepare a meal. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was great too. The whole place was very tastefully decorated and furnished too. We loved it.

Liked the peace and quiet of the location. We were some way away from the main buildings and surrounded by fields and hills. Nice breakfast and lovely host ( & her Dad!). With the site being a few miles away from Gubbio, it was really useful that the site had its own restaurant with nice local produce, but also of course that the accommodation had its own kitchen. A very spacious room with good storage space, a balcony and private kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning was a plus. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. And an affordable price!
