The location couldn't be better, midpoint between the historic centre and beaches/ historic lighthouse, all within walking distance. The neighbour is lined with big old trees and nearly the hostel are museums, particularly the Museum of Art where people can view (currently) Carybé"s sketches of Bahía and his time in Salvador. Very nice indeed.
