This place exceeded my expections by far! We booked impulsively on the road, and I was really happy we could check in by using a door code. Late check-in is not an issue. Personal was not needed to go into the room. The room was very comfortable, very clean and overall amazing. There is air conditioning, a big shower, very comfortable beds, tv with streaming services, (paid) breakfast service, self-checkout (just close the door behind you and leave the keycard). We had a perfect rest after being on the road for almost an entire day. The location was very nice as well. It is a shame we didn't have time to check it out. I needed some help with something and the employees helped me very well. I hardly spoke French and they not much English, but we worked it out perfectly. There is also a big parking place in front of the place. There is a maximum entrance height restriction of 2 meters (I believe). It's free to park there. I would definitely come back here, if I travel back to Spain/Through France.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, good contact from the owner. Brought us an aircon unit when it got very hot. Nicely decorated, lovely new bathroom with large walk-in shower. Great to have a few extras in the cupboard - oil, tinfoil, spices.

This was the best apartment that we stayed in on our trip. The apartment itself had clearly been renovated within the last few years, with nicer fittings than usual for a short-term rental. It is very well appointed, fitting a lot of functionality into a small space. The living room area was a nice place to just sit and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals (also there is an Aldi about a block away). The bedroom was spacious enough for us, all of our luggage, and some room to unpack a bit. The bathroom is well arranged, and has a shower enclosure with a door (bizarrely rare in France). The clothes washer works well; we were able to do a couple loads of laundry, which was helpful as we were on a longer trip. (The drying rack is stored out on the balcony, which was fine.) The hosts were timely and clear about where things were located (trash, supplies, etc.), and how to check out. Parking was easy (we’d rented a car). The neighbors were generally quiet. Relatively convenient location: it’s about 5 blocks from the main Gare, and about a 1,5 km walk to the Musée des Beaux-Arts.

Had everything we needed and water and fruit juice in the fridge was a nice touch. We would have liked ‘proper’ mugs as the small tea cups are too hot to hold when filled with hot drinks so we bought two and left them in the cupboard. Superb value and superior to most hotel rooms.
