The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was super comfortable for a family of four and dog. The hosts were very helpful and available, also kindly sharing tips of local events taking place during our stay.

We will definitly go back to Le Sens des Merveilles. Mane and Forcalquier are both beautiful places to stay/to visit.

The journey along the long, narrow road is soon forgotten when the property opens up before you. The views, tranquillity, beautifully appointed rooms, and exceptional service make it all worthwhile. We left already knowing we would return, something that rarely happens. The staff play a huge part in the magic here. From the talented chef to the gardening team, front of house, and the meticulous Elsa Picaud Dor, who we believe is the reason the property is so immaculate, every detail is cared for with dedication. We often come across wonderful properties with potential, but it is rare to find somewhere as special as this. If you are in the area, I would also suggest staying at Domaine Les Martins, closer to Gordes, which makes a perfect combination. David and Régis are outstanding hosts, and if you are lucky enough to find a room, you must experience their level of service. Together, these two properties offer an experience every bit as good as Airelles Gordes, La Bastide, but with far more local charm.

The apartment is equally beautiful with a lovely decor and a private outdoor space. The location is perfect and very serene. You hear birds instead of cars. It is a short , very safe walk to town.
