Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Wonderful welcome by Sisi and her team. What a beautiful family-run place with a long family history. We so enjoyed our stay and the recommendations for things to do in Santorini. We absolutely recommend!

Amazing property: superb apartment with hot tub, loved the infinity pool and the staff is incredibly kind: they would bring cakes on the house each morning and a bottle of wine on our last evening. Super friendly and helpful with any transfer and any information we needed. The property is just perfect: spacious apartments equipped with anything we could need; 2 min walk from a very nice beach and restaurant. 30 min ride from airport and another 30 min ride from Oia where we went one evening for sunset and dinner. Perfect vacation in a perfect villa :)

We had a wonderful holiday in Santorini, and a big thank you goes to the owner, Stella, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The weather at the end of April was quite unpredictable, and the sea was still too cold for swimming, so the hot tub turned out to be a perfect and much-appreciated feature. The place itself is charming and peaceful - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the island. Highly recommended!

Inside the gorgeous , fresh-smelling 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, there's an abundance of towels, premium shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. The running water is nice and hot 🔥 and plenty of electrical outlets brilliantly located throughout . Top Notch & Quiet Air Conditioners in Every Room. A lit up staircase leads you to the 2nd floor with a terrace & the 1st floor patio includes a sleek lit plunge pool.
