Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights. Everyone was nice and hospitable and gave us great tips and tricks for whats to do on the island. Pool bar at night was my favorite time, meeting and interacting with all the people staying there was great.

She gave me lots of excellent food and travel information and was immediately responsive on WhatsApp. You need to walk your the property, set in the hillsides of Vothonas, but that was one reason I chose this place. A wonderful memory for me.

I can't recommend this place enough, it is by far the best place to stay in Santorini!

The location is within 5-7 minutes from the best beach on the island and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Stella, the host, was super kind and helpful, having our room ready before check in time and was always available for questions or recommendations. The location, the hot tub, Raphael, literally everything was 100/10! It was so convenient to be so close to the center of Oia and yet feel secluded and have privacy. The view of the sunset from the hot tub was stellar.

Every morning she greets you with a big smile at the breakfast! Also the location is very good being halfway between Fira and the beaches. The local bus station that will bring you quickly in both directions is very close. Very nice restaurant and gyros places are also in walking distance and the prices are definitely lower than in the more turistic places.
