CENTRAL SUITE CINQUE asub La Spezia südames, 300 meetri kaugusel Castello San Giorgiost ja Amedeo Lia muuseumist. Easily the best apartment stay ever!!!! Perfectly located in between the harbor and the train station and right in the middle of the old town shopping and dining area. Private balcony to have breakfast and watch the world go by. Double glazed windows kept the noise totally out of this immaculately presented large, comfortable and FULLY equipped apartment so we were able to sleep well. 2 split system new air conditioners kept the apartment at our desired temperature. Best of all was a large, clean washing machine with all products required and a drying rack. Even clothes storage in the bedroom was well thought out. We will be going back to this apartment for a stay every time we are in Italy.

Everything was perfect, location is good near the train station for a trips. Massimo was very helpful and prepare for us everything we need for perfect stay. The appartment was very well equiped.

The host was so nice and supportive, we were in communication all the time, he helped with the luggage and directions. The apartment is in an aristocratic building. Zara store is located in the same building as well. The apartment is better than the pictures, luxurious traditional equipment. Very clean and spacious and ideal for our group. Thanks!

Two bedrooms, very well stocked kitchen, clean- a little bit out of town, but we were provided with parking card for the town.

He gave us tips on where and how to go about the city. Thank you Matteo. The condo was impeccably clean and the rooms spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to the train station and the walking streets as well as to the ferry docks.
