The location is very good, within walking distance from and to the central station, to the historic center, with necessary infrastructure nearby. The apartment, room, and hotel are very clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The kitchen is excellently equipped; every detail is perfectly clean and ready to use. The linens and towels are also clean and of good quality. The bedroom and the general room (kitchen combined with the sofa/TV area) are equipped with separate air conditioning units, so heating during this season was well organized. Communication with the host is excellent, Vincenzo is very helpful and responsive. I recommend this accommodation!!!

Amazing place, perfect location, unbelievable price. As we arrived late, the host took great care of us and found us a place to order delicious pizzas, so everything was so good 😊

It appeared to be newly remodeled/renovated. Very secure. Had an underground parking for us. Host was extremely accommodating. We were coming from Dubrovnik and our flight was delayed six hours so we did not get to Bari until well after 10 PM and obviously in the dark. He was there to meet us.

Every day, they asked how we were doing, what we had visited, and gave us great suggestions on what to see and do. In a moment of difficulty, when we didn’t know how to get back from Locorotondo, they were incredibly helpful. They even offered us a ride from Monopoli to Bari, knowing we didn’t have a car. That kind of generosity is rare and unforgettable. Breakfast is a special moment, lovingly prepared by Anna. It’s shared around a common table in the kitchen, creating a friendly atmosphere where you can chat with other guests. We tasted many local delicacies: olive oil, mozzarella, burrata with sun-dried tomatoes and Rucola , pastries, cornetti and everything was delicious. The house is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed was truly comfortable. The location is also perfect: close to the train station, but far enough to avoid the less safe area at night. And it’s only a 10-minute walk to the heart of Bari Vecchia. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, peaceful, and well-cared-for stay. We would go back in a heartbeat!
