The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated and importantly very clean. The location was great with easy parking on the street and supermarket and cafeterias nearby. The owner was also very easy to contact also in English and when we had an issue with the electricity going down he came to help in less than 5 minutes.

The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco. It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days. Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls. Great central location to stay in montefalco main town.
