We enjoyed our stay in many ways. The accommodation is well equipped and in good shape. The quality of furniture and decoration is great. The ambient lights are a highlight and the view from the balcony too. The small kitchen is well equipped. We did not miss anything. The owner is very helpful. We had some questions and he always helped us out. The pool was out of service during our stay but we got informed on time and received some cash back for the inconvenience. Now the pool is renovated for you. We highly recommend you a rental car if you want to visit places outside the village. The public busses are extreme unreliable. Locals confirmed us that you never can count on the busses. If you do not have a rental car you have to accept to walk up a short but straight hill to the accommodation. Everything in the village is in walkable distance.

The one bedroom bungalow, with a sofa one bed, in the middle of the mountain was perfect for a break from the sea front and the desire to be in rural parts of Martinique. Hosts Glawdys and her father Leon are wonderful. They were unable to cook for guests as they were preparing for the Christmas market but from what we saw, and the immense and beautiful plantations around the property, I am sure the food is delicious.. Thank you for making our mother daughter adventures memorable 😊

Thanks also to the very friendly contact with Mélanie, who welcomed us and had useful tips for us. If you've never been to Martinique, the island (and especially its inhabitants) are enchanting. Get to know them and bring a bit of Caribbean flair back to Europe, we can use it. We wish you all a stay as wonderful as the one we had.
