His communication prior to arrival, his friendly, welcoming greeting upon arrival and his attentive thoughtfulness during our stay were all outstanding. The boutique nature of Sunrise Lodge (only ten rooms in total) provided a more personal experience for us and this, we believe, is the best place to stay in all of Malta - not just on Gozo - but the entire country. Sure, there are places that cost USD$1000+ per night that would also be great, but Sunrise Lodge represents unsurpassed value for money. It is only a ten minute walk, all downhill, to the ferry terminal that connects Gozo to the island of Malta. Ferry trips are also fairly short and inexpensive. We would choose to stay on Gozo for the duration of our stay next time, using this delightful island as our base. We must also give a big shout out to Joe, Sunrise Lodge's Welsh chef. Joe is a character, and he and James are a great team. They make a great breakfast! For first-time visitors to Malta, seriously consider Sunrise Lodge as your place to stay. You will, like us, be delighted with your decision.

Check-in was very straightforward. All doors to the room are equipped with a keypad, and we were provided with the code a few hours before check-in, which was very convenient. We completed the check-in process online, saving time on meeting the host, scanning documents, and going through the usual formalities. The front door had a key locker, for which we were also given a code to access it the first time. Inside the room, we found the key to the front door, which we then used for the rest of our stay.

Great location, very comfortable and modern design , the view is splendid , perfect to enjoy morning coffee with and have glass of wine in the evening. There are a lot of places to swim and restaurants in walking proximity as well

Všechno se nám libilo!! Úplně spokojeni! Super ubytování na Gozo. Klid, super lokalita. Večer je ze střechy nádherný výhled přímo na Citadel

Filip was really helpful with everything. He was there always when we needed him. Apartment has everything you need, location is really nice and you can also see the sea from the balcony. The place has also really nice roof terasse where you can watch the sunset. I would recommend to stay here to all that are coming to Gozo.
