My stay at the Monterosa Residence was extremely positive. Alessia, the manager, was always available, friendly, professional and helpful. The location was great, quiet yet in the town center, with balconies with fine views of the Monte Rosa. Restaurants, ton center and grocery store all within 200m. Comfortable room, bed, bathroom and a very pleasant garden for relaxing in view of the mountains. Plus Macugnaga is an historic, unspoiled mountain town, ideal for hiking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place was amazing and the owner was very kind to let me in before the planned check-in hour as I arrived earlier. The studio was great was great, very spacious and clean. I loved the vegetable garden available for guests. I will be very happy to come back again in the future :)

We arrived to hotel with my son very late. Due to avalanche road to Alagna was closed. Our host picked us 15 km prior, fixed transfer to hotel. Service was amazing and friendly during our stay-never ever seen before. Top!!

A nice and comfortable hotel in a beautiful location in the Alps. Our room had a wonderful view and a balcony, and it was very clean and well equipped. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. Excelent breakfast.
