Excellent location, the rooms are very comfortable, big-especially the double bed- excellent! Bathrooms was huuge!! Breakfast is very good. The decorations, overall looks, a bit 'Las Vegas', black marble, lots of mirrors etc. but you can live with them. Staff at reception are very nice, friendly and efficient.

Amazing place with great rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff is super helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Espot.

It’s our second stay at Els Llacs and it already feels like home. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the spa overlooking the mountains is great, and the apartments are cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Acta Arthotel in Andorra la Vella features a local gastronomy restaurant, "Plato restaurant", a spa with a sauna and Turkish baths. All rooms have free Wi-Fi internet access. A very nice hotel on the river, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a 4-minute walk from the main center in Andorra (where the street goes left into ‘old town’ and right into the shopping district).
