Este pequeno mas bonito hotel recebe-o na pitoresca aldeia de Zernez -. A base principal para viagens ao Parque Nacional Suíço, apenas a 30 minutos de St. Moritz, Scuol, Klosters e Livigno. Adoramos tudo! Desde a simpatia contagiante dos funcionários, da disponibilidade deles, do sossego da zona circundante do hotel até ás próprias instalações. O pequeno-almoço era ótimo e completo, têm as melhores waffles! A vista que tínhamos do quarto para a montanha era de cortar a respiração e sabia tão bem acabar a noite na esplanada do hotel, a aquecer as mãos numa fogueira ao mesmo tempo que nos ofereciam vinho quente, que experiência boa!

They serve local fare, from the resources around - Fresh amazing bread from the local bakery, cheese and butter from the Alps that surround the region, local honey, and an amazing collection of herbal tisanes, prepared by Madlaina! They also have fresh apple juice from their own apples, and great coffee, muesli and a few other things! Here, you will not find plastic or cardboard food or junk! It's real, and represents and supports local farmers and economy!

The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. What truly set Pitz Ot apart was their exceptional service. On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. The combination of its great location, modern amenities, delicious food, and outstanding staff makes it a top choice. We will definitely be returning!

I recently rented this apartment in Samnaun for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment is modern, clean, and spacious — comfortably suited for four people. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location is also a big plus — it’s very close to the city center, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was a nice bonus. The host was extremely helpful and cooperative, making the check-in process smooth and the stay enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. I absolutely plan to come back — next time for a longer stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Samnaun!

Complete amenities, clean and very modern. I love everything about it and the place is so peaceful at night that we sleep and wake up with the sound of birds and water flowing in a nearby river. The staff is very friendly as well and keeps our room very clean. My husband and I will surely be back.
