We received a very warm welcome from the owner Jorge, who helped with our luggage. He was super helpful throughout our stay, providing useful information about the region. His wife Asunta prepared a homemade pizza for our evening meals which was the best we had ever eaten and Jorge cooked a Argentinian meal which was superb. The view across the ravine from the accommodation was stunning! Pinos Genil is ideally situated a few kilometres outside Granada, and on the road to the stunning Sierra Nevada and Embalse de Canales is a few kilometrers away. Pinos Genil is an ideal location with good restaurants along the river. Jorge and Asunta made our vacation special !

Apartamento Peñas Blancas, junto a ruta de los Cahorros, Monachil. Ligger i Monachil, 8,5 km från Ciencias-praken, 12 km från Alhambra och 13 km från San Juan de Dios-museet. The location is a beautiful one to visit, especially for walkers.

This was an amazing stay for our short trip to Granada. The cabin is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. It has all the amenities you need for your stay. The host, Santiago (Manuela’s husband), helped us with parking our car, luggage, and showing us around. He also gave us the best tips of what to do with the time we had available, where to park, and good places to eat. The location is just 8 minutes away from Granada, but the benefits are huge with the pool, fabulous view, and quiet surroundings. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this accommodation when you are visiting Granada! The bonus truly was the warm hospitality we received from the hosts!!

SnowSun ligger i Sierra Nevada, 33 km från Ciencias-praken och 34 km från San Juan de Dios-museet, i ett område där man kan ägna sig åt skidåkning. Beautiful cosy apartment with a wonderful view. We live locally, but wanted some fresher air so visited in the summer. The host was informative and friendly, and we loved the apartment and the tranquility of a ski resort in the hot months. Our two teenagers enjoyed the activities available and we all slept well. The sunrise was spectacular. Highly recommended.

Sierra Nevada Hostel ligger i Sierra Nevada, 34 km från Ciencias-praken, och har conciergeservice, rökfria rum, en gemensam lounge, gratis WiFi och en terrass. The personnel were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and organized, the rules were well explicit and the environment was warm and comfortable. It was very easy to meet new people and create a group to do snow sports together. I would like to go there again on my next visit to Sierra Nevada!

Las Cuevas de Monachil ligger i Monachil, 8 km från Ciencias-praken och 11 km från Alhambra, och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med utsikt över bergen och gratis WiFi. The cave was beautiful and every part was well thought. The owner Jose Antonio was kind and helpful. It was one of my favorite stays in Spain and within walking distance to restaurants and the Los Cohorras trail in Sierra Nevada National Park.
