Situated within 37 km of Kolari Train Station in Äkäslompolo, B&B Adventures offers accommodation with seating area. The decoration in the upstairs common room was very inviting and created a cozy vibe. The young woman welcoming us and cooking our breakfast was very friendly and it was nice chatting to her and the other guests in the kitchen. The B&B was a short walk away from several restaurants in the very small town.

Situated in Ylläsjärvi, 38 km from Kolari Train Station, Ylläshuiput Chalet Apartment has ski-to-door access, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. The accommodation features a sauna. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sauna was lovely after a long day on the hill. There is a locker downstairs for all ski/snow equipment, as well as a room for waxing and fixing snowboards which was great! being able to do laundry and use the drying cabinet was also very useful. bed were comfortable and we got plenty of good sleep.

Wow for the price I payed this was terrific! I wasn't expecting a private sauna in the bathroom when I booked (I'm not sure if they advertise that clearly but it was definitely a cool bonus) it heated up properly too (100C+). Facilities are great, lots of cutlery and plates etc, new kitchen facilities. It worked great for me as a night stopover on my road trip.

Offering 5 log cottages by Ylläs Mountain, Tunturioravat is a 5-minute walk from central Äkäslompolo. All cottages have wooden interiors, free Wi-Fi access and a private sauna. We had an absolutely perfect stay. The apartment was spotless, very cosy, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We felt at home right away. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
