Giovanni made excellent recommendations about where to park in the neighborung cities, artisanal farm visits and helped us to organise activities in the area. Fantastic communication. The villa was in a wonderful location that looked out to the beautiful countryside, a tranquil place where the soul can relax and the body can breathe. Our apartment was well furnished from kitchen, bathroom, to laundry. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location is above the village, some 10 or 15 minute walk up a small road, quiet and peaceful, nearer to the tiny village of Castello than Riolunato. If you have an app on your phone to help you find it then it is a great help. The accommodation is rather sweet, fully equipped should you wish to self cater. The homemade cakes, biscuits, yoghurt etc were superb and very welcome. The bed was very comfortable, The host was very welcoming. There is only the one room so there is no one else to disturb your peace.

The hotel has beautiful and modern decorations. The room was great with an equipped kitchen, with a dining place and a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning was flawless.

The most beautiful charming place! Very well appointed with an exceptional rustic style. Rosi greeted us with her warm accommodation and directed us to a lovely hike and nearby Osteria for dinner. In the morning we were served an amazing spread of local breakfast and were able to enjoy her company and learn more about her family and life in the region. Very friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend a stay at Corte Della Maddalena!

The room was cleaned the view magnificent the bed comfortable the breakfast great a good selection for those who don't just want sweet European pastries!

Boasting an infinity pool and views of mountain, R&B Casa Benassi is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Riolunato, 16 km from Abetone/Val di Luce. The cleanest place I have been in the last month of travelling. And all in top order. Top value.

Situated in Fiumalbo, 4.9 km from Abetone/Val di Luce, Hotel Bristol features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The hotel is lovely and the food exceptional. However, the staff was even better! We left two gold necklaces that were found by the hotel. They notified us and sent them back to our address in the USA. You can’t beat this hotel!
