This is really a six star or a seven star service. They hit out of the ballpark I have nothing to complain about.

The rooms are lovely and the staff are very nice and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk from the gondola. The food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic every single day. And to top things off, our main waiter, Sarlia, is the nicest guy I have ever met. He was very friendly and polite throughout our entire stay. He really did make our stay more enjoyable. There is a 24h lounge we're you can relax and grab something to drink or skme snacks. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the ski lifts, however is not far from them. We called the shuttle bus and arrived in 3 min. Also by walk you make around 15/20 min. The staff was very nice. I definitely enjoyed and recommend the place to stay.
