Best in city swimming pool, sauna, steam room, breakfast great and it changes just enough daily… also, good gluten free and lovely art collection of owner on display! Great location!

A real jewel in the Museum Quarter, in which I have had hands down the best sleep of my adult life. The rooms are so quiet, even despite the great location. There are shops, means of transportation, museums, bars, and really great restaurants, and food bars. The hotel hosts the Salt&Honey Mediterranean cuisine restaurant, which is an absolute delight - they have the best pancakes in the world, and so are their home-made gnocchi nit fleisch, and their breakfast dishes. And the staff is absolutely lovely, smiling, caring, and helpful. Both the reception and the restaurant staff will go out of their way to assist and make you smile and they are also very good at what they do, as they recommended my new favourite red wine and a couple of fantastic places around the city. Will come back every time I am in Vienna! I was travelling alone, I felt sick and needed help and from reception they did not hesitate to help by going to a store for me, and letting me rest before my next flight. I loved Vienna and the hotel so much, that I prolonged my stay with 3 days. This is really the place to be if you like feeling taken care of and pampered. What I loved about it: - very quiet, comfortable beds - clean - rooms with a terrace - rooms with a bathtub - fitness on the roof (open air) - great restaurant downstairs - Mediterranean - roomservice - fantastic location - Museum Quarter - very friendly, helpful and cute staff - both reception and restaurant

I would say one of the the best things about the hotel was welcoming from the entrance to the room. Front office/reception team was lovely. Both Karoline and Caroline has replied all our queries swiftly & kindly. Also, the room was very stylish, well occupied and warm like home. Plus, the breakfast had quite delicious selections with ideal portions. Last but not the least, the team was very sensitive about our special occasion which meant a lot for us.
