- close to the nongsapura ferry terminal and there was free shuttle (but can be quite busy)
- the villa itself is spacious and clean and i didn’t have a significant problem w mosquitoes although we did spray repellant liberally.
- there is plenty to do at the resort without leaving the place esp if u have young kids. if u want shopping or exploring, the resort can arrange a taxi for u. they do not usually allow private hires eg gojek in the resort normally.
- private pool though small is a mega plus point ! no hassle of travelling to a bigger pool. but the pool next to the cafe/bar does look quite nice and is more spacious.
-room service is quite prompt and buggy service is quite frequent too.
- staff are gracious and polite all the way
- I enjoyed the in villa bbq option too! would recommend it esp in first night when u want to relax in ur own villa

Ibu Siti, the restaurant staff, she is excellent! We will return in October (plan for my husband's birthday) and promised to see her again!! She can be the role model for all service staffs!

The lobby is also very nice, with a spiral staircase if you are the kind of person who likes to take photo
It was a stay-in vacation for me so i really do appeciate the new, big smart TV
Its also a quiet area except its just my luck there was a marathon event running on the morning when i stayed there but the hotel made effort by sending notice to the guest, telling us upfront there will be a marathon happening tomorrow morning so its all expected, the communication was done nicely

We enjoyed the sunset at the island bar and the pool area. The service was wonderful, everyone was very friendly at the resort. Food was quite good and the breakfast was good as well. Nothing really stood out too much in terms of food.
We also enjoyed our couples massage, it was very minimal but it was good value for money as it was easy to go right back to our hotel room after.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from. The room was clean and spacious. For dinner there are several options too, with a new Italian restaurant where the food is very good and very well presented.

A great place to relax. So serene. Huge villa. Masterbedroom was super spacious with great view.
Breakfast buffet spread was superb.
Love the Montigo Wellness Spa.
Buggy service was always available although we prefer walking.
Staffs were very polite.

i loved the view from the master’s bedroom. very relaxing and it’s very spacious 🫶🏻
all the staff are very accommodating and helpful all throughout our stay.
mr. erwin (housekeeping manager) made it sure that everything is okay at our villa.
mr. ajis (spa & wellness staff), he is very entertaining. me and my friends had so much fun!!

Relaxing environment. Spa was pricey but worth the money. Breakfast decent with a good spread. Had left a ring in the room but the cleaner found it and was kind enough to return it in which I happily gave a tip. Overall an amazing trip, would love to come back for a longer holiday. Great for a family stay.

The location is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the view was amazing - definitely worth booking a room with sea view! We did not fully understand the dinner/restaurant situation but on our second night we had dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant and it was excellent. The breakfast buffet is great with freshly made omelettes and a wide range of choices from all continents. We booked a couple’s massage and it was very relaxing. We had a lovely time at the resort.
