The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was outstanding .personell utterly polite and friendly When you stay a few days in Forte Dei Marmi also try the food in the neighboring town Pietrosanta. The hotel is great. The facilities are very good - a nice warm indoor pool and an exceptional nice and deep outdoor pool. The hotel thinks of many little things, you can use bikes for free, tennis area as well. The breakfast is really varied and of good quality. But what makes the hotel exceptional is its staff. So friendly and helpful. For us from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like kings by Daniele. From arranging a babysitter, to organizing transport for us, he was the one employee who stood out amongst a whole staff of friendly and competent workers. Even the housekeeping was super friendly, forthcoming, fast and thorough with their work.

Everything was great, the staff very welcoming, their little spa in the basement has a jacuzzi and a sauna, great for relaxing when the weather is bad. Incredible breakfast and the free bikes to ride around were just the right bonus. Room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable. Despite not having sea view, the view over the city was nice.

Simply everything, the gym equipments needs be renewed. it is small, but sufficient and being in the middle of the garden is amazing.
