This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Venice and I’ve visited several times. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The breakfast rooms have a window that open up onto the canal.

The room was very clean and with a modern decoration. The hotel is beautiful and well located.
A very good experience for a break. We didn't use the spa but the shower with coloured led lights in our room was a relaxing experience.

It's a nice place to relax. Clean. Everything you need is there. Hearing is tolerable. Getting to the center of Venice by bus is not a problem, the stop is close by. Parking is convenient. Check in/check out is fast and convenient. Breakfast is a little sparse

From all our experience, the only thing we really liked was the breakfast. There was enough variety and quantity.
The SPA area was generally good. Great sauna.
