Added bonus was having a pool, one of the few hotels i believe that have one in that area.. this was very handy after a full day of site seeing. Very close to the main tourist areas. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us. I also loved the garden area. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Palermo.

The location is great for those wanting to experience the old town of Palermo. Walking distance to many of the great restaurants and sights.
The staff were great to deal with. Always willing to help.
The breakfast was nice on the terrace. The pastries were amazing.
Great gym and spa (the spa and massages are obviously extra).
Parking was available close by and the staff help with the ZTL for the day of arrival and departure which we were grateful for.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend the spa and massage package. The staff were so kind and accomodating. We arrived late due to flight delays and the staff were so helpful with ensuring we could check in safely.
