Great value for the price. We stayed on Cát Bà Island for an extended trip, and this was the second hotel we tried. Everything was brand new, and honestly, there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel was amazing, Linda the host was incredible. Very welcoming and helpful. Went over and above that I had everything I needed.offered a lot of useful information. I slept thru breakfast and she offered me coffee, fruit plate, toast and yogurt. Linda is the BEST. The rooftop bar is a nice addition, it was cooler when I there, but warm days would be a real test.

Quyén teh manager we dealt with daily, and her team did a great job for us throughout our stay including helping us through a typhoon enforced extension to our stay where we were given a 50% reduction on staying another night. The location is great and the facilities are excellent including the onsen, pools and beach and cliff walk access. All the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.
