SingaporeOverall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The location may not be right in the town center, but it was peaceful and relaxing. I really appreciated the extra touches like the staff packing food for our journey and allowing us to wait comfortably in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sapa.

MalaysiaThe hotel welcome you with nice local cinnamon and ho ey tea. Since our train arrived early, they allowed us to freshen up and shower at the pool common area with clean towels provided. Breakfast spread was exceptional! Though initially stated on booking.com that they provide halal food - however there was none available. However the vegetable options are food and the chef made us pho vegetable out of his curteosy ☺️ Lastly they gave us a goodbye pack with pastry and fruits for our train journey back to Hanoi. Generally was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again

The bus boys were also exceptional. The property has a great location, is very clean, and well appointed. The view from my room is truly inspiring. The breakfast is very good. This hotel is now on my Favorites list.

Really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfiness of the room, that offered great bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the spa downstairs in the hotel, and was given a relaxing massage by the qualified staff. The breakfast, dinner and room service delivered was exceptional both in terms of quality and tastiness. The pool was also a nice addition that allowed for a relaxing time.

you have an amazing view from the bungalow terrace, the restaurant terrace and the pool. the staff is super friendly and very helpful. We also used the spa offers (hot tub and massage) which was very relaxing after a day of hiking. We also booked a cooking class for a five course menu which was held outdoors with the stunning view. you can have good hikes starting from the accommodation and compared to Sapa town it is very calm. It was one of the best accommodations with the best price for value we had in Vietnam so far.

The room is very spacious and the sky cafe on the rooftop is spectacularly beautiful. The breakfast, which is free, offers a wide variety. The host, Mr Ok, is helpful and informative. The massages, herbal baths and saunas are great too. Highly recommended and great value for money.

The hotel amenities were great. The view is spectacular, the spa was good (we had thai and swedish massage), the pool was a bit cold but we still enjoyed relaxing one afternoon. The breakfast had multiple options and was very complete.
