CanadaExcellent property!!! definitely worth the price. this was a luxury stay for us in Sapa and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. we even splurged for the mountain view room and so glad we did! the view was spectacular! we had pretty clear days when we were there and it was even pretty cool to watch the fog come in. room is excellent. the bed was SO comfy, I didn’t want to leave! room is exactly as picture. housekeeping excellent as well as the reception staff. motorbike rental available. excellent location, walking distance to the main strip with restaurants. ac, fridge, hot water all worked great. amazing shower and bathroom in great condition. we extended our stay by one night!

MalaysiaThe hotel welcome you with nice local cinnamon and ho ey tea. Since our train arrived early, they allowed us to freshen up and shower at the pool common area with clean towels provided. Breakfast spread was exceptional! Though initially stated on booking.com that they provide halal food - however there was none available. However the vegetable options are food and the chef made us pho vegetable out of his curteosy ☺️ Lastly they gave us a goodbye pack with pastry and fruits for our train journey back to Hanoi. Generally was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again

Really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfiness of the room, that offered great bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the spa downstairs in the hotel, and was given a relaxing massage by the qualified staff. The breakfast, dinner and room service delivered was exceptional both in terms of quality and tastiness. The pool was also a nice addition that allowed for a relaxing time.

you have an amazing view from the bungalow terrace, the restaurant terrace and the pool. the staff is super friendly and very helpful. We also used the spa offers (hot tub and massage) which was very relaxing after a day of hiking. We also booked a cooking class for a five course menu which was held outdoors with the stunning view. you can have good hikes starting from the accommodation and compared to Sapa town it is very calm. It was one of the best accommodations with the best price for value we had in Vietnam so far.

The room is very spacious and the sky cafe on the rooftop is spectacularly beautiful. The breakfast, which is free, offers a wide variety. The host, Mr Ok, is helpful and informative. The massages, herbal baths and saunas are great too. Highly recommended and great value for money.

The hotel amenities were great. The view is spectacular, the spa was good (we had thai and swedish massage), the pool was a bit cold but we still enjoyed relaxing one afternoon. The breakfast had multiple options and was very complete.
