Breakfast was great , wine happy hour was excellent, very nice they moved us to the 11 floor suit when there was a plumbing room. We appreciated the doorman/porter/loony staff/ front end staff going the extra mile and putting up the Canadian flag up for us. Alexander is my middle name.

The restaurant is excellent, with impeccable service once again. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

This is the best hotel we have been to in Argentina, the place is just wonderful and the employees are very nice! The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, the hotel's architecture is stunning (it looks like a Spanish "masia" or a countryside house in Italy's Tuscany). When we arrived they gave us a room in the first floor and asked for a room in the floor above to have better views, they did all they could to change our room free of charge. They also offered a free wine-tasting, so we had the chance to try all of their wines with some cheese platters (white, red, rose, from the cheaper end to the very expensive end) with a professional sommelier. The hotel offers some activities (we did a horseback-riding excursion). In the evening the garden and the terrace are full of people enjoying some nice wine, the atmosphere is really magical. A lot of people ignore the area of Cafayate (and head to Mendoza instead), that is a big mistake, not only do I think that Cafayate wine is nicer but the area is beautiful. I strongly recommend staying here!

Asturias is set in a large country house surrounded by Argentinean-style gardens in downtown Cafayate. It offers an outdoor pool and attractive rooms with ornamental décor and free Wi-Fi. Staff was more than amazing, very helpfull and friendly. The pool area was stunning, big and clean. The rooms are big, clean and well located. Breakfast itself and the staff supplying it a bit plus!
