The room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The rooftop sauna was exceptional as well, and there are even two mountain bikes at the hotel for more adventurous guests. The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of hearty food options to suit different tastes. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly, answering all of our questions about the room and surrounding area, and making us feel welcome. The customer service definitely stood out :)

We were welcomed very pleasantly. We were very happy to be able to check-in after check-in hours. We were even happier after hearing we are getting a free upgrade to a better room. The room was very clean and had stunning views of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast table we had a great view of the lake and the breakfast-buffet offered a large selection. The available underground car park was very convenient. The highlight was the wellness area, which was accessible through a underground tunnel. The outdoor pools are comfortably warm (34 degrees) and the finish saunas are great. We really enjoyed sunbathing in the textile and textile free area, we felt very comfortable due to great sight protection. The privat access to the lake was also very cool and calming.

The studio is a little bit small for 4 people, but it was described correctly so I knew what to expect. We got a very good stay for the price we payed so it was a great deal for us. Gosau is a very nice village, easy to get to great local attractions (lakes, hiking areas, cycling routes, Halstad town, etc) Overall we had a great stay here and the host made us feel welcome!
