The decor was immaculate, contemporary and luxurious with full automated systems for lighting, curtains etc. Exceptionally friendly staff with every amenity you could think of. Good location near metro, great restaurants around the corner and the breakfast was exceptional and all you could eat! Order the French toast - its divine.

Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. Also, the AC works perfectly and can really cool down the room.

Beautiful and stylishly decorated apartment. Super comfortable equipped with all you need for a short or longer stay. Klaus was very kind and responsive and prepared very detailed info for self check in which was very convenient. Subway station was very close, and its not that far from the city as it looks on the map. Will definitely be back when visiting Vienna in the future!
