Helpful and preactive information shared by the staff via group chat before I arriving at the hotel. All the staffs are very kind and friendly.

Mercure Pangkalan Bun features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and restaurant in Pangkalan Bun. This 4-star hotel offers room service. Guests can enjoy city views. We loved the hotel. Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast. We were even allowed to store our bags there since we took a tour and came back here a few days after. Only point to improve is the airport transfer service, as it was not punctual.

Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of food that I would have never imagined for such a remote location Get your own sim card for the internet and you won't have problems. Otherwise, consider you're in the middle of nowhere and enjoy the peace and the nature rather than worrying about social media :) The whole staff is super, and the shuttle bus to the airport and to the national park is a bit advantage. There is a mini market close to the hotel, but, if you want to have something more to eat than peanuts and chips, go to a supermarket before getting to Mulu

Brunei Darussalam is located on the north coast of Borneo and is a unique kingdom rich in Malay culture, peace, and tranquility. Amazing ! We are in love with Brunei and big part of our impression is after this hotel. The hotel has everything - tennis, ping pong, billiard, bowling, squash, badminton, gym, spa, pools, cinema, great restaurants, tour agencies, all service. Impressive art deco architecture, views. Set in Kota Kinabalu, Regis by Ritz, Imago Mall Loft B offers accommodation with rooftop pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

Mercure Berau is a 4-star property located in Tanjungredep. Providing a restaurant, the property also has free bikes, as well as an indoor pool and a fitness centre. Everything was brand new! Made a huge difference.

Located in Kota Kinabalu, within 10 km of Filipino Market Sabah and 1.2 km of International Technology & Commercial Centre Penampang - ITCC, Shalom Suites provides accommodation with a garden and free... I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)

Located in Western Balikpapan a 2-minute drive from Kebun Sayur Plaza Mall, Blue Sky Hotel Balikpapan offers a spa, fitness centre and outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. Old hotel, but very spacious and clean room. Huge selection at the breakfast buffet! My favourite was of this stay was complimentary access to sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. Made my stay!
