Excellent hotel, it looks brand new. Very attentive staff. At Hotel Franco we had the most comfortable bed on our trip. We even overslept a little. The views from the window and the rooftop bar are wonderful.

They have very friendly staff and also an excursion desk which is very useful for organizing your trip to the falls. The kids club was awesome, as they had different events and activities for the children and the staff there was extremely friendly. The child loved it so much and wanted to spend the entire day at the hotel!
