They pulled no stops for Christmas, and went above and beyond for the kids. CHRISTMAS day Brunch was incredible and very reasonably priced. The Christmas displays were nothing short of spectacular and the staff went above and beyond to look after you. The games and activities kept the whole family entertained. The pool was lovely to heat up and relax after a cold day doing the hikers code with the kids. So many dining options and things to do. A true magical getaway.

It was out first time staying at a Le Germaine hotel and it was really exceptional. Every staff member we encountered were super friendly and informative. There are thoughtful details throughout the rooms and were also very spacious and comfortable.

This resort, built in 1888, is styled after a Scottish Baronial castle and is a National Historic Site. Located in Banff National Park, it offers 11 restaurants and 14 shops. Staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. Beautiful, historic hotel
