The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. We like everything about this place, it’s away from the city, the view is spectacular, staffs are very good, food are amazing! Peter and Satskia are very professional and kind, kudos to your hardwork! We will definitely recommend this place 👌🏽

The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. The staff served us lovely drinks upon our arrival, and they were so incredible and supportive. They booked a really memorable swiss dining experience in the mountains. Additionally, the spa facility was amazing and the breakfast served was fantastic.
