It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the area. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional — everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking views from the room, which made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and even looked cheerful. Food was awesome. Both the breakfast and dinner were very good. I was surprised at the nice service during breakfast. The fact that you can eat and enjoy the view at the same time was a huge plus. The room was clean and pleasant. Shower was amazing with very strong water pressure and warm/hot water. And the spa! I have never experienced such a pleasant and spectacular spa. They had so many options - the jacuzzi, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna, etc. Definitely coming back for the spa. You can even enjoy the scenery during the spa. The view! Probably one of the most beautiful views even in the whole Switzerland. The Blausee lake is right in front of the hotel. A special shoutout to Peter! You were truly helpful and the hotel gave me another reason to come back to Switzerland. Hope to see you again soon!
